RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Full-price items in original condition
  • Unworn merchandise with tags attached
  • Defective or damaged items (must report within 48 hours)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale/clearance merchandise
  • Final sale items (marked as such)
  • Used or altered products
  • Gift cards

Return Process:

  1. Initiate return through your account dashboard
  2. Package items securely in original packaging
  3. Include completed return form
  4. Ship using trackable method

Refund Details:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Store credit option available

Exchanges:
For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item following standard process
  2. Place new order for desired size
    (Subject to availability)

Damaged/Defective Items:
Contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of damage/defect
  • Description of issue
    We’ll provide prepaid return label if applicable

International Returns:

  • Customer responsible for return shipping
  • May be subject to customs fees
  • Refund excludes original shipping costs

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days
  • Allow 2 weeks for return processing
  • Keep tracking information until refund completes
  • Sale items may only qualify for store credit
